Recent Purchases and Experience

Hamilton Court, Ripley, Surrey – 2.49 acres of commercial space on the High Street that comprised a former car garage and forecourt. Purchased without planning permission. Shanly Homes achieved planning for 26 houses and apartments.

River Walk, Tonbridge, Kent – former office building purchased with the benefit of planning permission for 36 private flats.

Rectory Gardens, Balcombe, West Sussex – a site allocated for housing in this picturesque village was agreed subject to planning. Shanly Homes achieved planning for 17 homes, following which the purchase was completed.

Ascot Oaks, Nr Ascot, Berkshire – Formerly a mixed-use site known as Palm Hills. Shanly Homes achieved planning for a mix of 81 houses and apartments.

Little Green, Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire – An eight-acre greenfield used for grazing. Shanly Homes achieved planning for 93 homes following which the purchase was completed.

Magna Gardens, Purley on Thames, Berkshire – A 3.6 acre commercial site that was run as a caravan storage yard. The site was purchased with outline planning for 29 houses. Shanly Homes improved the original scheme, and planning was achieved for 31 houses.
